Refund policy
OUR RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached, receipt, returned in their original packaging.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Pineapple Love Boutique that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery (Online) and purchase date (In store) to be eligible for return.
We do not accept exchanges nor cash refunds , only returns for STORE CREDIT for both in store and online returns.
In store return:
We will accept returns for store credit only within 7 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached.
Online Return:
You may return online by purchasing a return shipping label or return in store with receipt.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
What items are final sale?
The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged in-store or online:
- Bodysuits
- Accessories
- Shoes
- Swim & Lingerie
- Beauty
- Sale Items
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
To start a return request, you can contact us at pineappleloveboutique@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, it will be your responsibility to pay for return shipping.
What is the in-store holiday returns/exchanges policy?
Extended holiday returns: if you have made an in-store purchase from 11/24/22 - 12/17/22, you will be able to make an in-store store credit until 1/7/23.
What about returning online orders in store?
We do not provide cash refunds. Upon returning the item, you will receive credit in the form of a gift card that can be used online or in a store. Gift cards can be used in one of our physical stores.
All items returned must be in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags still attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Items considered "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged in store.
When returning merchandise purchased online at a retail store, the store return policy will apply to your online purchase. We will accept exchanges within 7 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached.
The following items are not eligible for an in-store return.

- Sale Items
If you received items ordered online that were received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will need to contactin PINEAPPLELOVEBOUTIQUE@YAHOO.COM in order to receive a full refund to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions noted above.
Any items sent to PINEAPPLE LOVE BOUTIQUE will be discarded upon receipt & confirmation on return.
